How long should junk removal take?

We complete most jobs in about an hour or less but we allot 2 hours per full trailer load and 1 hour for half a load. It really just depends on how much stuff you need gone and where it’s located. Items in the garage or driveway are the fastest to finish because we can usually pull right up to the debris. Items inside the house or upstairs take longer.

What is your cancellation policy?

Just give us a call and let us know if you want to cancel or reschedule. The sooner you let us know the better.

What happens to my stuff?

Your items go to an Alabama Department of Environmental Management permitted landfill. Or they are donated to a charity.

How does billing work?

We accept check, cash, Venmo Cash app or credit card. We use Square for all transactions and invoicing.

Can I get an invoice or receipt after the job is complete?

Yes, you can. We give customers the option for an electronic receipt after the job is complete. All receipts and invoicing is done thru Square for customers that need receipts or invoices.

Do y’all pick up stuff for free, even if it’s worth money?

No, unfortunately we do not pick up anything for free.

Why can’t you take liquids or hazardous materials?

We can not take liquids or hazardous materials because the landfill doesn’t accept these items.
